## The Role: Marketing & AI SEO Specialist

    

We are actively looking for an intelligent, highly effective, and execution-oriented professional to join our marketing team full-time. Your main objective will be driving the top of the funnel: scaling high-quality organic content that attracts home buyers with **annual household incomes of ₹50 Lakh+ and/or property budgets of ₹2 Crore+**, converting that traffic into qualified advisory call bookings on our website.

    
    

Specifically, we are looking for someone who has **tried their hand at AI SEO**. We do not mean copy-pasting generic articles from a chatbot to clog search engines. We mean using LLMs (like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) as a high-powered production partner — leveraging them for semantic research, structuring content, drafting outlines, and rapid prototyping, while maintaining the editorial excellence and domain depth of a Wall Street Journal article.

    

## What You Will Do

    

      
- **Scale Organic Funnels**: Research, produce, and optimize high-intent articles, tools, and resources tailored specifically for premium Indian home loan borrowers and NRIs.
      
- **Manage AI-Assisted Workflows**: Design and execute rapid content production pipelines using AI tools without compromising on factual accuracy, premium tone, or search intent alignment.
      
- **Drive Call Bookings**: Constantly experiment with on-page layouts, copywriting, and user journeys to convert high-quality traffic into booked consults on our site.

- **Execution-Obsessed**: You measure your success by pages launched and qualified call bookings generated, not articles written or plans made.
      
- **AI SEO Experimenters**: You understand both the power and limits of current generative AI models and have tried using them to build content hubs or rank pages.
      
- **High Standards**: You can spot generic, shallow, or AI-hallucinated paragraphs from a mile away and know how to edit copy so it speaks directly to sophisticated, high-income readers.
